NNB Local Black History Project

The Local Black History Project is a program initiated by the USFSP Neighborhood News Bureau in partnership with the African-American Heritage Association, Dr. Carter G. Woodson African American Museum, and The Weekly Challenger. We also work in collaboration with Hack4Impact, the Tampa Bay Times, the Pinellas County Schools’ Journeys in Journalism program and many other local organizations and community members.
